Hi my name is Anuradha I had me surgery from soccer injury and was limping where I went to Gulshan ji it was hard for me to walk and overtime my knee got strengt I could walk my acidity improve headache improved and I really look forward to going there because it elevated my mood and make me feel fitter even my parents went to her when they came to visit I feel sad when she gone back to India but at this time from anywhere in the world one can join her online classes I was doing individual classes again I had my fracture it was not feeling I had X so I found whether it’s any kind of element or general welding it’s really a blessing in her class I have seen people who are paralyse they started gaming the strength and feeling so much better so I would highly recommend yoga and see the so much that is such a beautiful deep science and I think everybody should try to improve the life and health with her

Oh wow, tonight was really interesting. When we were holding the “energy ball”, I really felt warmth and when both hands were finally down, the warmth stayed with me for the rest of the session. I also had some tingling. It was a very calming feeling and my hands are still warm. Thank you Gulshan ji. It was a very nice session. Have a nice day.

Prana Mudra – Gulshan taught us this Mudra on November 19th. I have been practicing this Mudra from 20th on a daily basis till this morning. Recently I had some health issues and I was having problem when I go for walking; weakness in both my legs. I see that it has improved considerably. I notice more strength in my legs and more energy. Just wanted to pass this experience to you all and want to thank Gulshan 🙏

Thanks Gulshan for the wonderful meditation class. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I found enormous calmness with OM chanting. I do OM chanting in the mind every night before going to bed. The entire body was relaxed. I did not want to get up!!👏👏

Hello Gulshanji’s, We enjoyed your Thursday class with a lot of standing up asanas. As a suggestion we would like to do more standing up asanas and exercises, and including a child pose rest position between some of the exercises. Your Friday pranik exercises were great for the end of the week. Stay well and safe.
